Just 1 day before Diwali festival, the Finsys ERP team successfully completed the simultation run of the Finsys ERP at a packaging products and promotion company. This company simulated the Finsys ERP for the actual operations of 100% of the Purchase Requisitions, Purchase Orders, online Approvals of PR and PO, Gate Entry, and finally Material inwards. All the processes with completed before time. Congrats to the client team members and the Finsys team members Virender Singh, Nitin Yadav and Namita Gupta.

It took just 2 days of devoted work by the users to come on the top of the world. The Payroll and HR dept users a this packaging company made Live the Finsys ERP , Payroll Module in just 2 days. Congrats. The employee masters were fed, Rates fed and audited. The attendance was fed. The Salary registers printed out. Salary slips generated. RTGS salary data generated ( for online bank transfer). the resulting ESI and EPF returns were made and certified ok by the HOD-Payroll. Director of the company was quite happy. The Indian Operations have started recently. The Finsys MLG team are going to support them with both software and also the Audit of data entered. This is like "CFO on hire". ERP Team. This is a privately owned, progressive and independent producer of Bright Bars and Wires. It is situated near New Delhi in Faridabad in the state of
Haryana, India. The company was formed in 1987 and occupies a little over 100,000 sq. ft of factory space dedicated to the flow line of combined Drawing machines, Draw Benches, Wire Drums, Inverted Blocks, Peeling and Grinding set up, as well as Pit Furnaces and bell Annealing Furnaces.

This is using the Policy terms of the Open policy under the Marine Transit Insurance policy. The power users of the company are quite happy. 12th July .2010: MLG Team helps finalisation of the data and figures for clients in Faridabad and Gurgaon, Haryana under the pollution department rules. The focus was on getting the requisite permissions as per law.

07th July .2010: MLG Team helps finalisation of the data and figures for two clients in Haryana under the Construction cess rules. This certificate has been issued at the request of the company to help derive the value on which the cess is to be paid, as per the Building And Other Construction Workers (Regulation Of Employment And Conditions Of Service) Act, 1996. As per these rules 1% of the cost of construction is payable to the Government. This fund is later used by the Govt for the welfare of the workers in this line.

Now, in this special software facility, the MD of a company, will get automatic Email on this mobile phone, whenever any PO is made in his company, and is sent for his approval. He clicks on the hyperlink "Click here" to Approve. The Software directly takes him to the approval screen made in C# Platform on the companies server. Now the MD may see the stock position, Price comparison of that item, Price Rate History and name of Indentor etc, and finally click "approved" cell. The PO is thus approved online, Wherever the MD could be. He could be travelling .... still the job is done. Congrats to the MLG Development Team
